Terms and Conditions

D.R.S. Contractors

1. Scope of Work

D.R.S. Contractors agrees to perform the services outlined in the project proposal or contract. Services may include excavation, footers, foundation walls, flatwork concrete, poured concrete retaining walls, modular block retaining walls, and other related construction services as agreed upon in writing.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by D.R.S. Contractors are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if site conditions, material costs, project scope, or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

4. Project Changes

Any modifications or additions to the original scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional work may result in changes to the project timeline and overall cost.

5. Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring that the job site is accessible and ready for work to begin. D.R.S. Contractors is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen site conditions such as underground utilities, unstable soil, weather conditions, or other unexpected obstacles.

6. Permits and Compliance

Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, inspections, or approvals required for the project. D.R.S. Contractors will perform all work in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulations.

7. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided based on normal working conditions. Weather, material availability, inspections, or unforeseen circumstances may affect project completion dates.

8. Warranty

D.R.S. Contractors stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any warranty terms will be outlined in the project agreement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural events, ground movement, or modifications made by others.

9. Liability

D.R.S. Contractors is not responsible for damages resulting from conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, soil shifting, natural settling, or pre-existing structural issues.

10. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the client may be responsible for costs incurred, including materials, labor, and administrative fees.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a proposal, signing a contract, or authorizing work to begin, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
