Refund and Return Policy

D.R.S. Contractors

At D.R.S. Contractors, we are committed to providing high-quality construction services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of construction services and custom project work, the following refund and return policy applies.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure project scheduling, labor, and materials. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Materials

Materials purchased specifically for a project may not be eligible for return or refund once ordered or delivered to the job site. If materials can be returned to the supplier, any applicable restocking fees or supplier charges will be deducted from the refund.

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client before work begins and before materials are ordered, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of D.R.S. Contractors. Administrative or planning fees may still apply.

If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be responsible for all labor, materials, and services provided up to the date of cancellation.

Completed Work

Due to the custom nature of construction services, completed work is not eligible for refunds. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns related to workmanship and will review issues on a case-by-case basis.

Workmanship Concerns

If a client has concerns about the quality of work performed, they must notify D.R.S. Contractors within a reasonable timeframe. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution in accordance with the terms of the project agreement.
